ResortSuite Activity Scheduler is part of ResortSuite Web
Software firm ResortSuite has partnered with Shift4 Corporation, provider of the Dollars On The Net payment gateway.
The companies have integrated their solutions to the point where credit card data is encrypted at source – whether it’s swiped, keyed, chip-read or entered online.
Unencrypted card data never enters the system. When credit card information must be keyed in, it’s first sent to Shift4’s data centre, where it’s tokenised for security.
“In a time when information can so easily fall into the wrong hands, we believe we can utilise strong technology to help, instead of harm,” says Frank Pitsikalis, the CEO of ResortSuite which works with many spas.
“This integration will help the hospitality industry to deliver a personalised guest experience, with the confidence of securing guest information at every touch point.”
ResortSuite Web is a unique, integrated booking engine that provides a 'one-stop shop' for guests to book real-time accommodations, spa services and treatments, activities and classes, golf tee times, and ski lift tickets, as well as purchase gift certificates and view online member statements.
