Devon-based Midas Construction has completed Newport's £5m swimming pool, the newest arrival at the city's International Sports Village.
The 25m, eight-lane competition pool features a moveable floor, fitness suite, teaching pool and seating for 500 spectators.
The completion of the new pool with its state of the art facilities means the venue can now host international events and be used as a training venue for Olympic contenders from Wales and England.
Midas Construction's South Wales Divisional Director, Richard Day said: "We are delighted to have delivered this superb new facility to the people of Newport and to have contributed to the development of Newport's International Sports Village."
