Marpo Kinetics has launched what it calls its most versatile rope climber with the VMX Multi-Mode Rope Climber.
The VMX has three exercise modes - vertical pull, high-row pull and low-row pull – with each mode said to deliver unparalleled variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises that target the entire body.
The machine is designed to allow users to easily switch between the three variants with each of the pulls claimed to provide a distinct and innovative set of cardiovascular and strength workouts that target either the entire body or individual muscle groups.
In addition to seated workouts, users can also exercise in a standing position, engaging their core and lower body. Rope flexibility allows for various gripping techniques that can strengthen forearms and grips whilst the specially designed rope is described as soft and comfortable for workouts of any duration.
