The Manchester United Experience, designed by British experiential consultants MET Studio, has opened at the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel in Macau.
Said to be Asia's first interactive football experience, the project is designed to allow visitors to surround themselves in the club, letting them trace the roots of the side as well as view every aspect of Old Trafford itself from the changing rooms to the players' tunnel.
At the heart of the 1000 sq m attraction is a wraparound four-minute presentation of a Manchester United game, providing visitors with the sense of being involved in the game as video and audio comes at them from all sides.
At the opening of the experience, former captain Bryan Robson said: “[the experience] makes you feel like you are in the United dressing room or lining up with the players in the tunnel. It’s the next best thing to being at Old Trafford.”
