MTFX has created a high-voltage lightning bolt special effect for the waiting area of UK attraction Alton Tower’s Th13teen ride.
MTFX installed a Tesla coil to create electrifying high voltage lightening bolts at the thrills ride as part of a visual pre-show as visitors queue.
“The thrill of this installation is that customers can be within inches of the bolts of lightning and still pass by excited and unharmed,” said Mark Turner, managing director at MTFX.
