Author and hypnotherapy specialist Dr Amanda Foo-Ryland will deliver a keynote focused on how to deal with life’s curveballs and live our most positive lives. Meanwhile, Brian Dunne – a trusted advisor to international retail brands like Amazon – will examine the recent proliferation of alternative distribution channels and explain how we can capitalise on changing consumer attitudes to wellness.
A series of breakout sessions will also cover topical issues including sustainability, bio-individuality and personalised nutrition and how to harness stress for peak performance, plus much more.
