We Work Well is a global premier hosted buyer event company, connecting high-level executives from leading suppliers with pre-selected highly qualified buyers in the wellness and hospitality industries, through scheduled one-on-one meetings, networking activities, community, and purpose.

Monica Helmstetter and Lucy Hugo founded We Work Well in 2019. In October 2021, they expanded their already successful hosted buyer meeting concept for the spa and wellness industry in North America and EMEA, to the fitness sector in Europe. To support this expansion they added David Zarb-Jenkins to the team as co-founder of W3Fit EMEA. David brings over two decades of industry knowledge and experience in the fitness, hospitality, and hosted-buyer sectors. 2022 has been an exciting year for We Work Well with the launch of the inaugural W3Fit EMEA event in Malta at the beginning of October - with over 170 participants and over 1,000 prescheduled one-on-one meetings conducted.

The second edition of W3Fit will be held at Le Méridien Lav in Split, Croatia from the 10th – 13th of October. We Work Well was founded on the core belief that by integrating wellness into the event experience our attendees could form stronger and healthier business connections. As a sector, that promotes health & fitness but too often does not practice what they preach, W3Fit aims is to continue to offer an event experience at W3Fit that energizes attendees to continue our message of wellness and self-care beyond their events. Their upcoming 2023 programme will challenge attendees further continuing to advocate the company’s core values.
